Borosilicate glass reactor for recirculation and agitation shaft.
Applications: Mixing, dissolution, homogenization, emulsification, and ambient temperature reactions for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, fine chemical, and biotechnology industries.
Agitation System: Central shaft with PTFE (Teflon) paddle/anchor type impeller.
Support Structure: Vertical stainless steel column with clamps and height adjustment handles.
Base: Mobile cart in stainless steel sheet with swivel casters and locking mechanisms.
Recirculation Line: Flexible braided stainless steel hose connecting the lower outlet to the upper nozzle.
Bottom Valve: Sanitary PTFE/stainless steel drain valve with total drainage (zero dead space bottom).
Head and Seal: Compression flange with threaded rods and glass lid with multiple threaded nozzles. |
