Beverage Preparation
The beverage is formulated, mixed, and filtered.
Sweeteners, flavors, vitamins, or other additives are added as needed.
Product Sterilization
UHT (Ultra High Temperature): The beverage is heated to 135–150°C for 2–5 seconds and rapidly cooled.
This destroys microorganisms and enzymes that could spoil the product.
Packaging Sterilization
The carton packaging (such as Tetra Pak) is sterilized with hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) and UV light or heat.
This occurs before filling, inside an aseptic chamber.
Filling and Sealing
Filling takes place in a sterile environment.
The carton cartridge is formed, filled, and sealed automatically.
Quality Control and Final Packaging
Checking sealing, volume, sterility, and traceability.
Final packaging may include secondary boxes for transport.
