To remove inorganic salts and eliminate bacteria, organic compounds, microorganisms, and pyrogens.
This system is responsible for removing salts and metals from water through reverse osmosis membranes, purifying the water and obtaining deionized water, where the conductivity values can be less than 10 µs/cm.
Many industrial sectors, including the pharmaceutical, petrochemical, electronic, metallurgical, and beverage production segments, depend on high-quality demineralized water. The Reverse Osmosis System is applied to ensure the purity required in these processes.
The equipment was assembled in 2005.
The line operated for five years at nominal production and underwent manufacturer-revised maintenance.
The pipeline is currently operating at a low flow rate, just enough to supply one boiler. |
