Equipment features:
It has electric and thermal oil heating in the jacket.
With double bain-marie type jacket and hermetic closing lid.
Bathed in thermal oil specific for the system. (6 kW for 100 liters).
With pump and control panel with temperature control.
It has a siren and 3 5 kW resistors.
The resistors are enclosed in a 330 mm capillary tube through which the oil passes to gain temperature with hermetic sealing.
Set of stainless steel knives sharpened on the inside and without sharpness on the other.
It has 1 knife with 2 points and 3 knives with 4 points for a total of 14 knives.
The knives are fixed by screws to facilitate their replacement when necessary.
