Equipment designed for use in process lines where there is a need for automation in the closing of the plastic bottles, glass or metal. Developed to close bottles with various models of covers, acting with closing system for magnetic heads with individual torque adjustment for common threaded caps, fixed heads for pressure CAP and special systems for complex geometry covers.
The power system of lids is automatic, through the selection by the same covers positioner are conducted by a gutter to Pick and Place system (accommodation of the covers ordered to start the process of closing).
Main structure made of carbon steel, stainless steel, coated with all parts in contact with the bottle are made in stainless steel.
Versatility to suit productions as the needs of each client, through adaptation and customization of projects. Equipment developed and designed to meet the food industry, pharmaceutical, saneante, chemistry, among others. |
