Equipment divided into parts or stages:
- 1st stage:
Cream receiving drum, with a 10 hp high-speed motor.
In the upper part of the equipment, the cream enters, conveyed by a positive displacement pump.
Subsequently, the cream is moved by the churning claw system and descends by gravity.
- 2nd stage:
Whey removal sector where the cream, already in butter form, is drained. 3rd Sector: Compaction and molding. Composed of two sets of helical screws that move the butter through compression sectors.
All equipment modules are double-jacketed, made of 3 mm thick sheet metal.
Chilled water circulates between these jackets.
With a sieve system for whey drainage.
CIP inlet network.
Structure in 100 x 100 x 3 mm square tubing.
