The equipment has a color touchscreen for easy operation, where it is possible to parameterize and save recipes.
The following is the logic of the equipment's sensors, allowing for parameterization and delay adjustment:
- Activation of the bottle feeder (sensor on the incoming conveyor)
- Activation of the product pump to maintain level and open the pneumatic actuator (sensor on the float).
- Activation of the pneumatic piston at the conveyor inlet, minimum bottle load on the conveyors.
- Bottle presence sensor at the filling area (Shift Register).
- Bottle presence sensor during capping for calculating the number of bottles between filling and capping position (Shift Register).
- Sensor in the mechanical synchronization (Shift Register)
- Real-time configuration and reading of shift register data on the HMI.
- Sensor for activating the cap sorting pan and vertical feeder conveyor (giraffe).
- Sensor at the conveyor exit for maximum bottle load.
- Sensor for door opening and machine shutdown.
- Password-protected access level.
