Hot-dip galvanizing has a perfectly defined process, which is basically the same for any product, and can vary in layer thickness depending on the geometry of the part and the chemical composition of the base material (steel). The surface treatment ensures that steel parts have a much longer durability.
Approximate galvanizing capacity: over 1,000 tons per month.
Upper and lower limits of dimensions related to productivity:
There are two tanks: one with a capacity of 140,000 kg of zinc and the other with a capacity of 11,000 kg of zinc. The larger tank can galvanize 6-meter pipes. The smaller tank can galvanize parts up to 2 meters long.
